PRESTIGIO FC
Prestigio was first established in early April 2008 by a group of football hooligans who have just ended their time and effort serving the nation. We decided to form up a football team as a mean of staying together through bonding. We started to test ourselves by organising friendly matches and started to recruit players. Unfortunately, some of our players had to leave the team due to work and family commitments. With 20 players currently, we have joined the D2D Sunday League for 5 seasons.
Having played in the league, we have tremendously improved and we have a good team spirit for glory. We will unite and fight, look to win every game, and always give our best on the field. So cheers to all players from Prestigio and other football lovers!

in a very heated match, we lead with 2 goals and looked on the way to a good victory, only to be interrupted by a series of foul play from Tempastella. with all the fracas affecting our game, we certainly didnt deserve to draw.
there were plenty of positives in that match. Yan continued his great scoring run, newcomers Hafiz and Sharil did very well, and Zai was arguably Man of the Match with his covering duty as a keeper.
(note: we have lodged a letter of complaint to the management about the incident happened during the game and will seek serious action from the d2d management)
Redbacks 4 - 2 Prestigio
Scorers: Kecyk, Alfa
Assists: Rusydi, Pradeep
on paper, Prestigio should win this game. but given the sudden shortage of players and no thanks to the worst performance of the season by Prestigio, they slumped to the Redbacks. Chances of promotion are now very slim, and it definitely looks like we are staying in Div 3.
FC Simpang 2 Prestigio 2

a match where both teams were evenly matched, Prestigio conceded yet another set of uncountable fluke goals which has really affected their performance and prevented them from winning so many games this season. but one thing is for sure, we are a strong attacking threat to any team.
Drogba arguably went on a one man mission to destroy FC Simpang, getting at the backs and nerves of Simpang's defenders, especially a frustrated right-back. He capped his brilliant performance with another goal to his name after a slick through ball from Jon let him open for a neat finish.
Yan broked his black jersey voodoo by scoring for the first time in Prestigio's new black kit, thanks to a rebound from a Drogba freekick. Yan is now on double digits in the scoring charts, with 10 goals and counting.
Abang Yus showed his quality of crossing from the right, giving numerous well placed crosses for none other than the best header of the ball Rusydi, who hit the post once with a boucing header and threatened to score 3 times. yet to be back to his best, we may just well see him back on the scoring charts from set pieces.
Broadrick has never been a good playing ground for us, we have drawn all the games played there, a point made clear by both Jaz and Hafiz, who both had their fair share of bad days on this pitch.
on the brighter side, Simpang and Tempastella both have tough games ahead and yet to face each other, while Prestigio have all to play for against Pathfinder, Dirty Dozen, Redbacks, matches that should grind wins for Prestigio, before the final showdown with Tempastella in the last match of the season.
Prestigio is the only team left in the league to lose only once, and are still on a 9 game unbeaten run after the opening game loss to FZE.
